So therefore I am posting this thread to possibly attract other users to solutions for the issue. The issue is, when installing Rosetta Stone V4 TotalE, once installation has completed and you run the program you get a grey screen and your computer completely freezes. (no ctrl+alt+del, no caps lock or numlock led responding).
Reset your Progress | Rosetta Stone® Support
Select the Unit in which you want to study. 3. Choose your lesson. 4. A white box will appear. Look towards the lower right corner of the box, you will see "Reset" right under the box. 5. Select "Reset" to clear your progress. You can do this with all the lessons that you want to reset your progress.

I just got Rosetta Stone v3 and I can't get it to load on to my computer and the only thing I can think is causing the problems is Windows 7. Can anyone help me? Is it not auto starting?
