Abstract. The novel TiO 2 films with high corrosion resistance were engineered successfully on Ti substrate using anodization and annealing technique at 400 °C (B), 500 °C (C) and 600 °C (D). The passive layers of sample B and C exhibit anatase structure, while D yielded a mixture of anatase/rutile structure.
